In this engaging and interactive session, attendees will consider the various relationships they keep — with clients, colleagues, and self — and how the current landscape in the insurance industry can impact each of these integral relationship dynamics. Together we’ll explore topics like boundary setting and holding, self-advocacy, and how we define success. As is her hallmark, facilitator Meg McKeen throughout this session will weave real-time stories and relatable anecdotes encouraging participants to share their own experiences, too.

From there, we’ll dive into practical strategies for navigating difficult conversations, improve interpersonal interactions, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
