MECHANICSBURG, PA – Dave Rivell, with Element Risk Management; Jennifer McClure, with Diversified Insurance Industries Inc.; and Kyle Brasure, with Wilgus Associates Inc., received the 2022 Young Agent Award from Insurance Agents & Brokers, the independent agents’ association.

Rivell is partner with Element Risk Management, a West Chester-based independent insurance agency with 13 locations throughout the region. He has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager designations.
McClure is a client relationship manager for Diversified Insurance Industries Inc., an independent insurance agency based in Hunt Valley, MD. She has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor, Accredited Customer Service Representative and Certified Builders Insurance Agent designations.
Brasure is a commercial lines manager and producer for Wilgus Associates Inc., an independent insurance and real estate agency with offices in Bethany Beach and Lewes, Del. He has 13 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designations.
