Alexis Burns, Tony Giampapa, CIC and Sheila Wells, CIC, CISR today were announced as recipients of the 2021 Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) Young Agent Award. The regional trade association selected them for their commitment to the insurance industry and their community.

Giampapa is commercial risk management specialist for The Jacobs Company, an independent commercial insurance brokerage firm located in Columbia, MD.
Wells is a market manager with Williams Insurance Agency, a full service independent insurance agency with offices in Rehoboth Beach and Wilmington.
