Seven insurance agencies and two producers will receive over $6,000 in education scholarships. Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) today announced them as the fall 2021 recipients of the organization’s insurance education scholarship program.
“There’s so much talk about industry perpetuation,” said IA&B President & CEO Jason Ernest, Esq. “Awarding education scholarships is one way we can move the needle today to support the independent agency system of tomorrow.”

Since introducing the program in late 2018, IA&B has awarded approximately $10,000 annually in insurance education scholarships. The effort is part of the organization’s broader strategy to support the future of the independent agency system.
